CANCELLATION POLICY:
RESNA must receive all cancellation requests in writing by July 5, 2023. Email cancellation requests to registration@resna.org. All refunds will be processed 3-6 weeks after the conference and will be assessed a $100 administrative fee. All sales are final after July 5, 2023. Substitutions are always accepted and can be made by contacting registration at registration@RESNA.org.
Because all RESNA Annual Conference sessions are available for a minimum of three months after their initial broadcast, only in the case of loss of employment, death in the family or other extenuating circumstances will a refund be issued. To request a refund, you must contact RESNA at registration@resna.org with documentation of your reason for cancellation. Telephone cancellations are NOT accepted for refunds. The participant must obtain confirmation of receipt of email from RESNA. To transfer your registration to another member of your organization, send your name change request in writing by emailing registration@resna.org.
